Allworks delivered a full roof replacement for a high traffic multi-tenant building at 22 Giffnock Avenue, following reports of ongoing leaks and corrosion impacting tenancy operations. The brief was to replace all roofing, upgrade safety infrastructure, and avoid business disruption during works.
The existing metal sheeting was removed and replaced with high performance, weather resistant roofing panels. Structural purlins and flashings were also replaced to extend service life. Safety anchor points were installed to current codes, ensuring long term fall protection compliance for maintenance crews.
Works were delivered in staged sections outside of business hours and on weekends to eliminate impact on tenants. Access scaffolding and safety protocols were implemented with zero incidents reported.
