Following the completion of the end of trip works, Allworks was re-engaged by the building management team at 417 St Kilda Road to deliver a comprehensive tenancy makegood and upgrade. This involved decommissioning an existing tenancy and restoring it to a market ready condition, along with targeted upgrades to improve leasing appeal.
The works encompassed demolition of existing partitions and furniture, full repainting of lobby areas, and upgrades to shared bathroom amenities. Additionally, the mechanical plantroom required safe decommissioning and minor reinstatement to meet building services compliance.
Allworks provided a single point of contact for the end to end management, coordinating trades and approvals to expedite delivery. Our design and construct model enabled decisions to be made quickly onsite, with minimal delays to program.
