Allworks was engaged to deliver a transformative end of trip facility at 417 St Kilda Road, a prominent commercial address in Melbourne. The brief involved repurposing existing male/female amenities and a vacant storeroom into a premium, high amenity end of trip facility to elevate tenant experience and add long term asset value.

The scope included full stripout, detailed design, and construction of modern showers, changing rooms, secure lockers, bike storage, and integrated lighting. All works were completed using high end, durable finishes with close attention to water proofing, tiling, ventilation, and mechanical compliance.

Our in house team managed every stage of the project, from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC services. Critical attention was paid to noise and access management to avoid disrupting ongoing building operations.
